  10.  ~ All  copyrights  to  Argentum  MyFiles  are  exclusively  owned  by
  11.    Argentum Corporation.
  12.  
  13.  ~ Anyone  may  use  this  software  during  a test period of 25 days.
  14.    Following  this  test  period  of  25  days or less, if you wish to
  15.    continue to use Argentum MyFiles, you must register.

  17.  ~ Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to use
  18.    Argentum MyFiles on one computer, for any legal purpose, at a time.
  19.    The license  is granted  per computer, which  means  that it is not
  20.    permissible for the same user  to install more than one copy of the
  21.    Argentum  MyFiles  at  a  time.  The  registered  Argentum  MyFiles
  22.    software may not be rented or leased.

  24.  ~ The  Argentum MyFiles  unregistered  trial  version,  may be freely
  25.    distributed, with exceptions noted below, provided the distribution
  26.    package  is not modified. No person or company may charge a fee for
  27.    the  distribution  of  Argentum MyFiles without  written permission
  28.    from the  copyright holder. The Argentum MyFiles unregistered trial
  29.    version  may  not  be bundled or distributed with any other package
  30.    without written permission of the copyright holder.

  32.  ~ Argentum MyFiles IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS
  33.    EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE AUTHOR WILL NOT
  34.    BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND
